A doctor or nurse may phone you back to discuss your situation in more detail. A home visit may be the best solution but other options might be more appropriate.

Home visits are generally only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability. Unfortunately we cannot make home visits because you have no transport or other non-medical issues.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the surgery in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients in the surgery.
