All patients should be aware that they have an assigned and accountable GP.  The role of this GP is to take the lead responsibility for ensuring that any services which this surgery is contracted to provide and other health and social care professionals who may become involved in the care and treatment of you will be done appositely and co-operatively to ensure the delivery of a multi-disciplined care package to meet your needs.

However, you are able to book an appointment with any of the practice’s GPs.

If, for some reason, you are unaware of whom your assigned and accountable GP is please ask any clinician or receptionist who will be happy to inform you.

Please be aware that none of the GP’s are here every day and patients must not delay medical care by waiting for their ‘named GP’ to become available. As we are a group practice, you may see any of the GP’s here, including locum doctors. Your care will not change.
