The administration team provide the back up for the rest of the practice to ensure the best service to our patients.
This includes all the medical correspondence to hospitals and clinicians, as well as insurance companies, solicitors and many others.
The team also takes care of the buildings and all the important functions to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Our reception team are all fully trained and have a difficult and demanding job to do. They have a lot of information to help you get the best from our services.
Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence.
Please remember the doctors have trained the receptionists to collect some simple information from you to help them offer the most appropriate appointment or advice.
