Some tests results take longer to come back than others, the table below shows the approximate time it will take for your results to be received by the surgery.

Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
Or by phoning us on Pavilion Family Doctors 01452 385555 or St James Family Doctors 01452 385555 between 2pm and 6:30pm
Our reception staff will inform you of the doctor’s comment on your test result. Please do not make an appointment with the doctor or nurse to discuss your results unless you have been specifically told to do so.
The doctor will contact you by telephone or letter if your test result requires action.
