Opening times

We are open 8:30am to midday on Saturdays for pre-booked appointments only. There is no telephone or reception service.

Phone lines

Our phone lines are open from 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, however phone calls between 1pm and 2pm are managed by a call handling service. During this time urgent calls only are transferred to our duty doctor.

Our telephone system features an automated attendant service to help us deal with our incoming calls more efficiently. Please keep your phone call brief and avoid calling during the peak morning time for non urgent matters.

At busy times, such as early mornings, you might find yourself in a queuing system and have to wait to be answered. We apologise for any delays, we do have additional staff manning the phones at these times but demand can be very high.

All incoming and outgoing phone calls are recorded.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
